APP LIST:
We collect your installed application data, including application name, package name, installation time, update time, version name, and version code to assess your habit of using financial apps and enrich your prevent fraud profile. The collected data will be highly encrypted and securely uploaded using HTTPS server (https://interface.wiselendpesagp.com), and will never be shared with third parties without permission.
APP USAGE DATA:
We collect data regarding your app usage, including the total application usage time, device usage time, and the number of app launches, to assess your habits of using financial applications and enrich your fraud prevention profile. The collected data will be highly encrypted and securely uploaded using HTTPS (https://interface.wiselendpesagp.com), and will never be shared with third parties without your permission.
2. Information obtained directly from your mobile device
When you register an account in our platform, you have to provide to us certain Personal Information, including your name, National ID , date of birth, gender, e-mail address, working information, emergence contact, your phone number, SIM card details, and an Account ID and/or password that you will use to access the App after registration.
About Emergency Contact:
We will collect your two (2) emergency contacts (including your relationship to the emergency contact, mobile phone number and name) that you select or fill them in manually. The collected data will be highly encrypted and securely uploaded using HTTPS server (https://interface.wiselendpesagp.com). The telephone numbers will only be used for risk management and anti-fraud controls. WiseLend will not access the contact list from your phone book, and WiseLend will never share the data with third parties without your permission.
When you use the App, you have to provide to us such relevant information as may reasonably be required by us in order for the App to work.
